Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to products published by Photoxpedia Studio LLC (“Photoxpedia”, “we”, “us”) under the Photoxpedia Lab umbrella, including but not limited to:

• Ten Laws — a Chrome browser extension that replaces the new-tab page with a daily manifestation practice.
• Future Photoxpedia Lab browser extensions, MCP servers, small utilities, and experimental agents.

It does not cover the main photoxpedia.studio website, our contact form, or our paid client services — those have their own terms communicated at engagement.

2. What data we collect

None that leaves your device. To be exact:

Ten Laws Chrome extension

The extension stores the following on your own computer, using Chrome’s built-in chrome.storage.local API and the browser’s localStorage:

• The goal statement you choose to write.
• The identity statement you choose to write.
• Your daily journal entries against each of the ten laws.
• Your daily “one thing” task and whether you closed the loop on it.
• Your “what arrived” log of things you chose to record.
• Which laws you have practiced this pass, and how many full passes you have completed.
• Your theme preference (light / dark) and evening-hour setting.

This content is never transmitted to Photoxpedia, to Google, or to any third-party server. It is not synced across devices unless you have Chrome sign-in enabled — in which case Chrome itself handles that sync under Google’s privacy terms, entirely outside of our control or visibility.

Permissions the extension requests

• storage — required to save your entries locally so they persist between sessions.
• chrome_url_overrides.newtab — the extension’s single purpose is to replace the new-tab page.

No host permissions, no activeTab, no scripting, no identity, no tabs, no cookies, no webRequest — the extension has no way to read other tabs or make network requests.

3. On-device AI (Gemini Nano)

When available in your version of Chrome, the extension can call Chrome’s built-in built-in AI (Gemini Nano) to help you check whether your chosen task is aligned with your goal, or to shrink a task into a fifteen-minute step.

This model runs entirely on your own device. Photoxpedia does not send, receive, log, or have any way to see the prompts or responses. The extension never contacts any AI provider over the network — if Gemini Nano is unavailable, the AI features are simply hidden.

4. What we do NOT collect

• No personally identifiable information (name, email, address, phone).
• No account credentials or authentication information.
• No health, financial, or payment information.
• No personal communications (email, chat, SMS).
• No location data.
• No web history or activity on other sites.
• No analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or usage metrics of any kind.
• No advertising identifiers or fingerprinting signals.

5. How your data is used, sold, or shared

It isn’t. Because we do not collect or receive your data, we cannot use it, sell it, share it, transfer it to third parties, or use it for advertising, credit-worthiness scoring, or any purpose unrelated to the single, user-facing purpose of the product.

We comply with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use policy for user data.

6. How to delete your data

Because all data lives on your device, you are in full control. To delete everything the Ten Laws extension has stored, either:

• Uninstall the extension — right-click the Ten Laws icon in the Chrome toolbar and choose “Remove from Chrome”. Chrome removes the extension’s local storage with it.
• Or open chrome://settings/content/all, find the extension’s storage entry, and clear it.

Since Photoxpedia does not hold any copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to request, export, or delete.

7. Children

Photoxpedia Lab products are general-audience tools. They are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect data from anyone — including children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how a Photoxpedia Lab product handles data, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes (for example, if a future product ever needed to transmit any data off-device) will be called out clearly and require your fresh consent inside the product itself.
