AI Automation

Three ways to automate. One recommendation.

We build across three tiers, matched to where you are today: Integrate on your existing stack, Hybrid over your legacy systems, or Agentic from zero.

Start with a $497 Discovery. We tell you which tier fits.

Start here if unsure

Automation Discovery — $497 · 5 days

The diagnostic. Before spending $3K–$75K on the wrong tier, spend $497 to find out which fits. Written recommendation, scoped proposal, and the $497 credits toward any build over $2,997.

The three tiers

Match the approach to where you are.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Integrate

Modernize what you already run.

$2,997 one-time

2 weeks

Who this is for

You already run on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Your team lives in Sheets, Docs, Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint. You don't need new software — you need the software you already pay for to work together.

What we build

5 fixed-scope automations built on your existing suite. Common builds: form → sheet → notification → email pipelines, calendar-triggered follow-ups, drive/SharePoint document routing, invoice ops, intake-to-CRM flows.

Stack + guarantees

  • Google Apps Script + AppSheet
  • Microsoft Power Automate + Power Apps
  • Native to your tenant, no new SaaS
  • Source ships to you, deployed to your tenant

Don’t buy this if: you need a system that reasons, writes, decides, or talks. Rules and triggers can't do that. Go to Hybrid.

Start Integrate
Custom agent + LLM + MCP

Hybrid

Your data stays put. Intelligence sits on top.

From $3,997 + monthly

10 days – 3 weeks

Who this is for

Your data lives in a legacy system (CRM, ERP, phone, scheduling, industry-specific software) and you can't rip it out. You want a modern intelligent layer that reads from it, writes to it, and handles the reasoning your old system can't.

What we build

Custom-coded agent in TypeScript or Python using LLMs + Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to bridge into your existing systems. Two productized entry points:

AI Voice Agent

$3,997 setup + $297/mo · 10 days

Inbound/outbound voice agent that reads from + writes to your existing CRM. Handles intake, booking, follow-up, qualification. Records, transcribes, logs. Runs 24/7.

AI Ops Copilot

$4,997 setup + $497/mo · 3 weeks

Agent that lives inside your operations. Reads your inbox, CRM, project tool, docs — and executes multi-step work (drafts, updates, follow-ups, reports, escalations) via MCP.

Don’t buy this if: your workflow is deterministic and rule-based — you're paying for reasoning you don't need. Go to Integrate. Or, you're building a net-new product with no legacy backbone — go to Agentic.

Start Hybrid
Agent-native · new product builds

Agentic

The entire product is the agent.

From $25,000 scoped per project

4–10 weeks

Who this is for

Founders, operators, product owners building something new. No legacy system to preserve. You want an integrated agentic business solution built from zero.

What we build

Fully agent-first products. No CRUD app pretending to be intelligent. The agent owns the data model, the workflow, the interface, and the decisions. Humans intervene when the agent escalates — not the other way around.

Reference example:

photoxpedia.studio itself. This isn't a marketing site with a contact form. It's an agentic business layer — lead handling, scoping, delivery, and monitoring all run through agents. That's the pattern we build for clients ready for it.

Typical range $25K–$75K for a v1, delivered in 4–10 weeks. Scoped, quoted, and shipped in phases — you approve each phase before the next starts.

Don’t buy this if: you have existing customers on an existing system with meaningful switching costs. Get Hybrid first — layer the agent on top, migrate later if it makes sense.

Start Agentic

The layer beneath all three tiers

BND · Agent Monitoring & Ops

Once agents are in production — whether we built them, you built them, or someone else did — something has to keep them running. BND is the reliability layer for agents in production.

Monitors latency, errors, token spend, tool-call failures
Tracks cost per completed task, drift over time, model degradation
Alerts on agent failures — model updates, API changes, prompt rot
Logs every decision for audit — what the agent did and why
Weekly ROI report — hours saved, dollars saved, tasks completed
Works on agents we built and agents you already own

Questions

Before you buy.

How do I know if I'm Integrate vs Hybrid vs Agentic?+

Rough rule: if your workflow is "when X happens, do Y" — Integrate. If it needs reading unstructured input (email, voice, docs), reasoning, and writing back into an existing system — Hybrid. If you're building a net-new product where the agent is the product — Agentic. When in doubt, buy the $497 Discovery.

What if my system spans multiple tiers?+

Common. Most established businesses end up with Integrate automations handling deterministic work (form routing, notifications, reporting) AND a Hybrid agent handling the reasoning-heavy work (customer replies, lead qualification, ops coordination). We scope them separately so each has a clean deliverable. Discovery maps which pieces go where.

How is Agentic different from a normal SaaS product?+

A normal SaaS product is a database with a UI. You click buttons, it stores records. An Agentic product has the agent as the primary actor — it makes decisions, executes work, and only surfaces to a human when it needs input or escalates. The UI exists to observe and correct the agent, not to do the work manually.

Does BND require you to have built the agent?+

No. BND monitors any agent — ours, yours, or a third party's — as long as we can access logs and metrics endpoints (or wrap the agent's tool calls). We've onboarded agents built in LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom Python, n8n, and Zapier AI actions.

How does this compare to Zapier or n8n?+

Zapier and n8n fit low-volume Tier 1 work. At scale three issues hit: per-task pricing climbs past our monthly, the LLM step is bolted onto a rules engine instead of central, and migrating off requires a rewrite. Our Integrate builds ship as Apps Script or Power Automate source, deployed to your tenant. You keep the code.

Do I own the code you write?+

Yes. Integrate ships to your Google or Microsoft tenant. Hybrid and Agentic ship to your GitHub or ours (your choice), with full source. Monthly fees on Hybrid cover hosting, model costs, and BND monitoring — not code licensing.

What happens after the build?+

Integrate is one-time — you own it, runs on your tenant, no ongoing fee. Hybrid has a monthly fee for infra + monitoring. Agentic gets a support retainer scoped at project close. Any tier can add BND separately.
