What we collect
Project inquiries may include your name, company, work email, project description, selected service, and system context. Client workspaces may include contract names, signatures, project onboarding details, milestone decisions, and payment status. Payment cards are entered through Stripe-hosted checkout rather than on our servers.
Why we use it
To evaluate requests, respond to contacts, provide proposals and services, document agreements, process payments and maintain an audit record.
Service providers
Depending on configuration, data may be stored or handled by Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Stripe. Review your provider agreements and disclosure duties before launch.
Security and data minimization
We use server-side access controls for private project records and hashed private access tokens. Do not submit passwords, protected health information, or payment card details in intake fields. Secure account access is provisioned separately.
Retention and rights
Contract and payment records may need to be retained for legal and business purposes. Contact us to request review or correction of your personal information; certain information must be retained where legally required.
